A specialist in Franco-Korean tax law , Jiwoon is preparing a doctoral thesis on the notion of substance in tax law, after a Master's degree in tax law in Paris - France.
With a dual background in economics and taxation , completed in Seoul - South Korea and in French law, he combines academic rigor and a detailed understanding of transnational legal issues .
He supports our clients in all their tax , administrative and regulatory issues, with recognized expertise and perfect mastery of the Korean and French legal contexts.

A graduate in international finance and holder of a diploma in accounting (DCG), Théo supports companies on complex issues of financial management , regulatory compliance and administrative optimization .
After several experiences in financial control and financial risk consulting, he now works as a consultant to financial departments.
His rigorous and operational approach makes him a key contact for structuring , securing and developing our clients' projects between France and Korea.
